New Tricks

Laralee has just learned to sign "more" while she is eating. It took some crying and screaming but she's figured it out. Yeah!!
Also tonight I gave her a fork and spoon to play with, she tried to pick-up Cheerios first but that was a little hard....so I had made some YUMMY banana bread earlier so we tried that next.

It took a couple tries but she finally stabbed a piece.

I was so proud and she was so happy. A new trick to do over and over!!

**I'll post the recipe for the banana bread. It's from my sister and is awesome. She would make it while I was out there and it wouldn't last two days. SO GOOOOOD!!

Nap Time

The other day Laralee decided she was tired, so she grabbed her blanket and pacifier and headed for the dog's bed. I guess she sees Daisy sleeping there so it must be comfy.

Happy {2B} Home

Laralee was so excited to get home and play with her toys. It was like Christmas all over again. We need to try this more often...hiding toys occasionally. No need for buying new ones.

She is just like her cousin, Taylor. Climbing on and over everything!!! EEK

And she discovered a new fun game. Laralee hides between the wall and our dresser, it's the perfect size for her. She goes in and out numerous times during the day.

not "Trouble-Free" anymore!

Ah....the joys of having a {full fledged} 1 year old. I was putting dinner in the crock pot this morning and Laralee was playing upstairs with me. I couldn't always see her but figured she was in the girls room playing with their toys. Well not the case, Kristine walked into her bathroom and burst out laughing. This is what Laralee had been doing. She LOVES pulling the TP off the roll! Someone needs to invent a child-proofing mechanism for TP.

While I was talking pictures she decided to go back in and play some more. At least she had fun doing it.

Here's as much as I could roll back up, the rest was torn in half. Who knew TP could be so entertaining.

The Draper Temple

We drove up to see the new Draper temple that is still under construction. It is beautiful!! It is so fun to be in the SL Valley and be able to see almost 5 or 6 temples at once. Only in Utah.
