First time with this pacifier

Here's the pitch!!
I am thinking about it.
Maybe....
mmmm okay.

Our little frog

Kaytee loves to look at Laralee's bottom when she is taking a nap. It is a weird obsession!! LOL. We call her our little froggy, if we are looking at her bottom.
We call her our little monkey, if we are looking at her face and ears. I think the monkey is passed down from here daddy.
You gotta love this face!! We just can't get enough of it. When I see her gums I am reminded of when Grandma Sadie and Grandma Newton would visit us as kids. Hey Rick, remember them brushing their dentures in our bathroom sink?!

Laralee's 2 month checkup

Laralee had her 2 month doctor visit and vaccinations. She weighs 11 lbs and is 22 inches long. The doctor says she is just average, not too big-not too small, just right. She has been sleeping 7-8 hours at night for about 3 weeks now which is wonderful for Ryan and I. Last night was her first night in her crib in her own room, dad had a hard time. (separation anxiety) Ryan had the monitor right by his side of the bed to hear her if she needed us. What a good daddy!

Laralee is smiling and "cooing" more and more each day. We can carry on conversations cooing back and forth. She is the only one that understands what I'm saying and her smiles are priceless. Her sweet smile can brighten up the worst day. She is also starting to watch and pay attention to her surroundings more. Toys, lights and even Daisy are catching her interest.

We took our first trip last weekend to Georgia & Florida, she did great in the car. She had a wonderful time visiting with Debbie and Jimmy. She loved smiling and talking to Debbie and sat up like a big girl in their Lazyboy and even went to her first go-cart race that she slept through. She also loved meeting and being held by Brenda, Megan and Ariel. Laralee even enjoyed having Lilly (their dog) lick her feet, head and hands every chance she got. Thanks for the visit everyone!
