Home Sweet Beach!

So serious!

Laralee loved the beach.

She crawled around for sea shells to stick in her mouth until her knees were RAW.

She then discovered the sand and liked the taste of it better. We were constantly trying to stop the HANDFULS of sand from being devoured.

{monday she had quite the deposit, if you catch my drift}

I totally love this little girl. She is such a trooper, even when mommy and daddy drag her off to who knows where and she misses most of her naps she still is delightful and everyone loves her. Ryan and I are so blessed to have her!!

Naughty...

So...our little family took a trip to Charleston to do some work on the house and visit friends. Ryan wanted to knock out the house work the first day so we could play the rest. Because of a few {MINOR} glitches he finished about 8pm. Laralee and I waited but I didn't have much to entertain her with, so I sat her in the car seat and gave her the wet wipes to keep her preoccupied. I didn't know she could open it let alone pull each one out the throw them all over the front of the car. At least she had fun doing it.
*BUSTED*

Trying to eat the evidence huh?!

When Grandma and Grandpa are away...

...Laralee INVADES the tupperware drawer and spreads it all over the kitchen floor.

Look at that smile, what more could she ask for- {LION KING} playing in the background *her favorite music* and several pieces of plastic to push around and bite on.

Aw-ha.... the fabulous sippy cup. She LOVES it because the tip is soft and when she bites on it water shoots in her mouth. *hilarious!*

Oops, she just spotted the camera, who needs a sippy when you have mommy's nice camera.
[I guess the photo shoot is over]

The Park

Play group was at the park last week and the weather was incredible. Laralee had fun playing on some of the toys and swinging. I can't believe she'll be 11 months next week. She is getting closer to walking and eats cereal twice a day which is a huge improvement.

Yeah for Cream of Wheat

This is quite a change from 2 months ago. I gave Laralee some Cream of Wheat today, plain-no sugar or anything, and she loved it. She ate the whole thing. I'm so proud of her and she only gagged once because it was the last of the bowl and very cold.
She hardly made a mess, the only time food went everywhere was when I made her laugh.

Sorry the picture is fuzzy but every time I held the camera up she would stop smiling so I had to be quick- thus the fuzzy. I love those teeth!!
