6 months already!!

Laralee is growing up so fast. She just turned 6mos. and had her dreaded doctor's visit. She did well, the worst part about it wasn't the shots but that we were there for over 2 hours waiting!! The nurse even commented that she did great. She weighs 17.4 lbs (75%), 27 in. (90%). She is wearing 9 mos clothes because 6 mos is too short. She's going to be a tall drink of water. :)
She is sitting up on her own now and plays with all her toys. She pushes herself up on her hands and knees but no forward movement yet.....hopefully soon for her, not for us. She gets so frustrated with not being able to move that she gets on to her hands and feet and pushes her hand into the floor like a head stand or she's trying to do a somersault. We have lots of fun everyday, learning new things.

My aunts, Jill and Cathy knitted these hats for Laralee. When Jill was sending them she told me that Cathy's was for now and hers for when she was 4. Well Laralee has a huge head because Cathy's is almost too small and Jill's fits.

Yawn....

Last of the toothless pictures

Laralee started getting her bottom teeth last week. I can't believe she is old enough to be teething. She was a champ though, not that fussy. She is getting very close to crawling, she gets up on all four and rocks back and forth. She can push her self backward but that just frustrates her. Hope you all enjoy the pictures.

She is getting such a fun personality. That face is priceless

She loves dogs...real or fake. She laughs when either barks.

Would this be considered animal cruelty? Look at the death grip on the poor dogs ear.....she is starting this with Daisy's ears too.

I had to include this picture because this is pretty much all she does....grab for EVERYTHING! She wants her little hands to touch and grip anything in her line of sight. It seems like she started doing this just over night. And anything she gets a hold of goes straight in her mouth.

Happy Halloween

I didn't buy Laralee a costume for Halloween, and now I'm glad I didn't because we were in Charleston and it would have been in Georgia. She did get to enjoy the sweet part of it. She thought the candy bowl was great entertainment!

One for each hand.

What candy bowl......I never saw any candy bowl.
