Mormon Day with the Braves

Yesterday we went to "Mormon Day with the Braves".  The Braves played the Mets.  It was a great game and we had a lot of fun. We were able to see President Murphy, aka Dale Murphy. (Ryan's mission President) They also had a parade where we were able to walk out on the field.  While we walked by the Braves dugout Laralee was waving to some of the coaches sitting there and one rolled her an official ML ball.  She was so excited, she also got to see herself on the big screen.  It was an awesome family adventure.

30...

Thank goodness Laralee was there to help me blow out the candles.
Happy Birthday to me!

For Nonnie & anyone else wanting to see these cute kiddos

I have noticed I take a lot of pictures when the kids are at the table
but they are always so cute and doing funny things there.
Like I said- doing funny things and making each other laugh.
Did you know children will eat Fried Okra?  Well mine will which is good because we have a ton of it from the garden. What's funny is that Laralee likes the outside more and Hartwell likes the inside.
Thanks to Paula Dean for the yummy recipe for Fried Okra.
She had him laughing so hard he was falling off the rocking horse.
I can't get enough of him, he is such a stinker but so stinkin' cute!!
Laralee has discovered princesses.  That is all she wants to be and then dance around the house.
Boy do I love these two.  They are so much fun to play with all day.
Daddy doesn't know what he's missing.

July 4th

We went camping in Hiawasee for the Fourth.  We had a blast, the weather was prefect and the kids did great.

Laralee's cousins came up for the fireworks.

We tailgated at the fireworks.  BBQ chicken, homemade salsa and fresh Blackberry pie.  It was so yummy!!

Daisy and Hartwell patiently waiting for the fireworks.

Park City, UT

Laralee was so excited to ride on a big airplane!!  She loved every minute.

We flew out to Park City to celebrate Papa and Mama Church's 50th wedding anniversary.
We had so much fun with all the family.  The time went by way too fast!
