Tuesday morning

Hartwell loves to be undressed. Bedtime and bath time are so fun because he just giggles and laughs while you take his clothes off. It must be a boy thing....

While I was upstairs enjoying my rollie-pollie giggles my little stinker was busy downstairs. She pulled a stool up to the counter to get her chips from last nights dinner (I love Chili's bottomless chips and salsa after a hard day at work) and found the drawer with her favorite kitchen utensil in it... the strainer. She loves this thing, and plays with it constantly. I especially love her leg crossed just chillin' on the couch eating.

Oh, and thanks Aunt Kristine for the super soft and cute jammies!!!

Wow, with two kiddos to take care of my posts have really gone down hill. Here are some pictures I took the other day. Laralee was begging to hold Hartwell and I actually caught both of them smiling!! What a miracle. Hartwell smiles all the time now but as soon as I hold the camera up he goes straight faced. His little grin is so adorable. We have so much fun together during the day, I can't image doing anything else.

Hartwell is strong enough to sit in his Bumbo now, but it doesn't last for very long. Don't you love the cute onesie my SIL made him. Thanks Annie!!

Laralee is always dancing and singing around the house. Tonight she sang the alphabet song to Ryan over the phone before bed. Even hearing it through the speaker phone he could totally understand her. I have the greatest kiddos, but I'm not bias or anything. :)

I have been meaning to post new pictures but I'm a bad mom and haven't taken any lately. So today that was my goal. Here's some new pictures just taken today in between canning tomatoes- I can't wait till tomato season is over!!

Laralee is the best big sister. She is very gentle and loving with Hartwell.

He's getting so big...already 14lbs.

He has discovered his toys and can grab and pull them. He has been giggling today too. Nonnie and Ryan got to hear it over the phone but he wouldn't do it for Papa and Mama here at the house.

Hartwell's Blessing

Ryan blessed Hartwell today at church. Since I made Laralee's blessing outfit I had to make one for Hartwell too. I finished it late Saturday night....I procrastinated a little too much. I forget everything is harder and takes longer with a 2 year old. Hartwell was happy and quiet during the blessing which surprised us, he was screaming just 5 minutes before. Here is a family picture too. Laralee doesn't cooperate for pictures like she used to when she was little so we take what we can get. I love my cute little family.
