Louisville (pronounced /ˈluːǝvǝl/)

We took a little pre-Thanksgiving trip to KY 2weeks ago to see my cousins art show. This was her big senior show and she was really nervous. She did AWESOME and her paintings were AMAZING. We had so much fun visiting with Alycia, Larry and Susan (even though it was freezing and snowed one day). Laralee just loved all the attention she got from them. Hopefully we will be back up there in May for her graduation.

Laralee was such a little trooper on our trip. After getting lost on our way there...don't ask how since we used to live there, no naps and sharing a room with 4 gabby adults she was pooped. We played out in the halls for most of the show and by the end this is what she was doing. We didn't encourage it at all. How tired do you have to be to think a dirty tile floor is a good place to sleep.

After Larry and Susan left for AZ we visited our friends Nathan, Lindsay and baby Connor. Laralee loved watching Connor on the floor and listen to Nathan play his guitar. We had fun visiting and eating Graeter's ice cream. (thanks Ryan and Nathan, you two are the best husbands!!) Plus we got a sneak peek to see how Laralee would be around a new baby, she actually did pretty good.

My brother just found out he has been hired by the Utah Highway Patrol. He has been going through the process for several months and just received the call yesterday.
Congratulations Mark, we are so proud and happy for you.

Happy Halloween!

Our Little Red Riding Hood, with her REAL Grandma.

No Ryan is not a donkey, squirrel, mouse, rabbit or any other animal. I just don't know how to make good wolf ears.

We had a Halloween Party last weekend so we dressed up as Red Riding Hood, Big Bad Wolf and Grandma. We had so much fun, Laralee loved her little hood.

Saturday Work

The past two Saturdays Ryan has been working on the truck. First the radiator went the night of Mutual, thank goodness I made it home. Church is 30mins. away, that's a long walk with a 1 yr. He spent an entire Saturday(#1) replacing it while squishing Gold Rush Festival with the family in the middle. He didn't finish until about 10pm that night then it took another 30min to find distilled water to put in it. Since we only have a WalMart and they were out we drove from gas station to station hoping to get lucky. Then the following week the truck starting making a horrible sound so Saturday(#2) he started taking it apart to find the problem. Thank goodness he did but a big part had to be ordered so guess what he gets to do next Saturday(#3).....yippee work on the truck. Up side being that I will finally have a car again. Laralee and I are suffering from a bad case of {CABIN FEVER}. I am so blessed to have a husband that can fix the car or learns how to fix it and anything else around the house for that matter. It has saved us so much money looking back at all the cars we've had. Ryan you are the best!!!

Laralee wanted to hang out with Daddy while he worked so she finished her breakfast out there. It was COLD...burr!

Daddy working hard.

She loves her Daddy. She sat there for 20 or 30 minutes just watching him.

What caused all the work, two cracks in the radiator!
